This is a Project Fusion: Security Lead role, reporting to the Project Fusion Technical Architect in Global Business Services (GBS) located in Bangalore. In this global project role, you will be accessing to systems and data required in the context of Project Fusion. You will be fully unleashing and harvesting the opportunities of moving from todays dispersed HCM landscape to an operating model that builds on a single Workday instance with best-of-breed add-ons yielding a superior user experience for employees, line managers, HR professionals and applicants. You will be defining, implementing and validating user access to all personal data across platforms, which will be vital for the successful activation of the new systems.

Your responsibilities

  • Developing the security strategy, governance and framework together with Workday specialists and ensuring coverage of all solutions in the scope of Project Fusion, namely Workday, Phenom People, PeopleDoc and AssignmentPro for both transactional solutions and reporting/people analytics.
  • Define and implement criteria for testing compliance, for go/no-go decisions.
  • Liaising with functional specialists and technical specialists for building up deep expertise related to business requirements and to solution capabilities respectively.
  • Setting up tools for managing role creation, validation and risk assessment enabling security test execution, reporting, defect capturing, tracking, resolution and sign-off to enable endorsement by project management and steering committee.
  • Assisting the functional and technical teams in role design and being accountable for configuration of security roles.
  • Ensuring auditable documentation on security in the Fusion project context along with knowledge transfer for enabling ownership without consultants.
  • Ensuring audit compliance with Internal Control Over Financial Reporting (ICoFR), GDPR segregation of duties and other regulations for accessing to and using of personal data within ABB.
  • Developing and implementing and applying processes for ongoing maintenance of roles, groups and credentials ensuring efficiency, functional correctness and compliance considering automated testing of Workdays future software releases and changes incurred by ABB.
  • Building out the required internal setup in the HRIS support team for data security and ensuring knowledge transfer for enabling ownership without consultants.
  • Leading effectively through a performance management culture which will be driving the companys values and successfully meeting/exceeding all relevant targets and objectives within the business.

Your background

  • Graduate/post-graduate degree in Business Management, HR or related discipline.
  • 5+ years of work experience and knowledge in several fields of HR Business Processes, HRIS, Human Capital Management Systems and HR Master Data in roles at large technological and industrial companies with complex organizations and multi-cultural management.
  • Experience with Workday is highly favorable and must have strong leadership with vision and ambition.
  • Structured thinking and strong communication skills to organize a global community of process designers towards common solutions and timelines.
  • Must have passion for quality and speed, creativity and readiness for innovation to break new ground, integrity when dealing with highly sensitive data, can do attitude and resilience.
  • Collaborative working style appreciating the inclusion of geographies, levels, functions and cultures along with developing others.
  • Proven experience in business process management focusing on role design and implementation by having successfully worked on these topics in global deployment projects.
  • Professional proficiency in English, MS Office, digital collaboration tools/platforms.
