This is a Project Fusion: Training Lead role, reporting to Project Fusion Change & Communications Lead. In this role, you will be responsible for all aspects of end user training required for the full adaptation of this HR transformation program: the new evolving HR delivery model, the new processes and systems (i.e. primarily Workday). It is about fully unleashing and harvesting the opportunities of moving from todays dispersed HCM landscape to an operating model that builds on a single Workday instance with best-of-breed add-ons yielding a superior user experience for employees, line managers, HR professionals and applicants.

Your responsibilities

  • Assessing the training needs of the project core team, the project extended team and all other stakeholders identified for the program. Defining a feasible (timing, budget) training plan for all stakeholders.
  • Giving a framework and a trainings tool kit for rollouts based on the chosen software package WalkMe.
  • Planning, organizing of needed trainings and ensuring the delivery of trainings, monitoring the quality assurance of the training plan.
  • Developing a training approach that is effective and efficient and remains applicable after closure of Project Fusion, i.e. enable adequate training of new ABB employees.
  • Acting as the single point of contact and of resolution of training needs raised by the Function-al Workstream Leads and their Business Co-leads, the Change & Communications Lead and lo-cal Country Champions.
  • Supporting on onboarding of project resources in the area of training, providing guidance on how to plan, develop and execute training within the program and reviewing training deliverables.
  • Developing and executing training activities, creation of training material and formats. Defining the global frame, templates, guidelines, tools to be used for the trainings throughout the entire project.
  • Collaborating closely with Country Champions and Change team. Supporting them in the tailor-ing of trainings to meet local needs (if unavoidable). Reporting status, issues and risks to the Global Business Readiness Lead.
  • Leading effectively through a performance management culture that drives the companys values and successfully meets/exceeds all relevant targets and objectives within the business.

Your background

  • Graduate/post-graduate degree in Business Administration, HR or related discipline.
  • 8+ years of work experience and knowledge in several fields of system training, user adoption and HR Business Processes in roles at large technological and industrial companies with com-plex organizations and multi-cultural management.
  • Proven experience of all aspects in the field of training for deploying a global solution ideally in the HR domain with significant aspects of complex IT implementation, organizational trans-formation and ambitious value creation targets.
  • Experience with Workday is highly favorable.
  • Structured thinking and strong communication skills to lead a global community of HR business process specialists towards a common training plan and timelines. Ability to structure and con-vey complex messages, urgency and insights into meaningful action plans.
  • Appreciate the outside-in perspective for an optimum end user experience.
