Job Summary

Project Role : Application Support Engineer Project Role Description : Act as software detectives, provide a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems. Must have Skills : IBM Content Manager, SSI: NON SSI: Good to Have Skills :SSI: No Industry Specialization NON SSI : Job Requirements : Key Responsibilities : Respond to user/client escalations and engage functional escalation and Management escalation as required Manage requests incidents on ITSM tool Implement the changes as applicable, test the changes and handover to customer Manage the incidents, infra structure changes Required for easy transition into role and join on-call group which is high priority Work as a support lead and follow ITIL processes Works with the teams on upcoming features to identify risks and dependencies Technical Experience : Installing and upgrading equipment Installing/maintaining/Administering/configuring Content Manager OnDemand programs and other software Defining and labeling storage volumes Monitoring the content Manager environment Establishing security and audit policies, for example: set and maintain passwords and permissions; use OnDemands audit facilities to monitor application group and user activity; develop, document, and maintain change control procedures to prevent unauthorized changes to the system Professional Attributes : -Good communiction skill, Leadership skills, team handling skills, analytical skills and good presentation skills and ability to work independently Educational Qualification: Additional Info : -Willing to work in 24/7 support rotational shifts
