In-depth knowledge of legal #due_diligence of the property. Candidate should be well versed with local laws, local practices, processes and procedures followed in property lending market. Knowledge of mortgages and various mode of creation of charge on the property Well versed with drafting of various deeds and agreements. Candidate must have good rapport with local practicing advocates Handling customers grievances/notices to resolve the dispute and ensuring proper replies within time frame. Good drafting, legal acumen and communication skills is MUST The candidate should have extensive experience in leading / handling commercial & corporate disputes The candidate should have a strong understanding of security related laws and processes, NBFC and banking business, Insolvency & Bankruptcy Code, Real Estate laws Handling Non Litigation, Drafting documents, due diligence of Security documents & advice on execution
