Job Summary

We are looking for a Telesales Representative(Fluent in English & Hindi) with 1-3 years of Service Sales and Concept selling experience.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Adjust scripted sales pitch to meet needs of specific clients.
  • Enter and update Client information in the database.
  • Go the extra mile to meet Lead Generation Target and facilitate future sales.
  • Good communication skills to generate business leads on calls.
  • Schedule appointments for sales staff to meet prospective Client.
  • Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

  • Ability to learn about the services and describe/explain them to prospects.
  • Fluent in English & Hindi.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection.
  • One must have Persuading and convincing ability.
Minimum qualification requirement
  • Preferred - Voice process skill with 1+ years experience

    • Required - Bachelor's or higher education

    Preferred - Located in Kolkata

    Required - Good command over English

    1 to 3 Year
