Job Summary
1. We are looking for a dynamic candidate who will be responsible for calling, converting, convincing leads that will be provided and also to keep track of each conversation, and share it with the designated team leader.
2. Since we use an IVR system, the candidate should be well versed with the basic computer functionalities and have adequate Excel skills.
3. Answering and directing phone calls
4. Creating a data bank of Questions asked by customers.
5. Generating sales through the leads that will be provided, and follow up on the same for closure.
6. Regular coordination and Follow up with the Customers
7. Maintaining customer satisfaction and getting their queries and complaints resolved effectively within timelines in coordination with the Service Department
8. Preparing the lead conversion/performance report.
Technical Skills:
1) Strong outbound Tele Sales or Customer Care Experience
2) Strong Results Orientation and Execution
3) Excellence High Customer Centricity.
4) Possess strong communication skills.
5) Have high closure orientation.
6) Should be a multilingual person, pleasant voice, and sales-driven mindset
Education Qualification & Experience:
1. Any Graduate can apply
2. The required candidate should have an experience of a minimum of 6 months.
