Job Summary
- Translate concepts, business requirements into user flows, user journeys, wireframes, mockups and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences.
- Ability to present designs, viable solutions and collaborate with other team members and stakeholders to ensure project success.
- Experience with atleast 1-2 of these Tools: Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop & Illustrator, CC, XD), Sketch, Invision, UXPin
- Up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies
- Be passionate about all things UX and other areas of design and innovation. Research and showcase knowledge in the industry s latest trends and technologies.
- Strong expertise in front-end UI development with HTML 5, JavaScript, CSS, Bootstrap, jQuery
- Web/Mobile responsive web designing knowledge/exposure
- Proficient understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around such issues
- 4-10 years of relevant experience
- Self-Motivated
- Demonstrate the ability to communicate well with both internal team members and external stakeholders.
- Individual Contributor and Team Player
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent oral and written English communication skills
- Understanding of web standards and accessibility.
- Ensure design and deliver high-quality solutions that meet overall business requirements.
- Ensure the UI development processes and best practices are followed
- Keeping up to date with innovations and current conventions in the web development community
- Ability and desire to learn technologies and take on new initiatives.
