Job Description:

We are looking for a creative and dynamic UI/UX Designer who will be responsible for the user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design of our various digital assets. You will shape the modern visual design of our eFreight suite product through a world-class product focused on quality, customer and ensure that all elements of the online user experience are optimized for improved usability, usefulness, and exceptional visual design. You will collaborate with a cross-functional teams, including designers, engineers and product managers to ensure our product is consistent and appealing.
The successful candidate will evidence a passion for delivering adaptive and creative solutions to UI/UX design problems by staying up to date with best practices and emerging trends in user experience design and user interface technology. Come and be part of a growth team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Brainstorming feature ideas. Translate concepts into wireframes and mock-ups that lead to intuitive user experiences

• Facilitate the product owner s vision by researching, conceiving, building wireframes, sketching, prototyping and mocking up user experiences for digital products

• Experience in User Journey Map and User sentiment

• Very good in design thinking process

• Ability to create simple wireframes (Hi-fidelity screens), translating to Low fidelity screens

• Design and deliver wireframes, user stories, user journeys, and mock ups optimized for wide range of devices and interfaces

• Identifying opportunities / changing the interface to make user s lives easier

• Investigating user experience design requirements for our suite of digital assets

• Developing and conceptualizing a comprehensive UI/UX design strategy for the brand

• Producing high quality UX design solutions through wireframes, visual and graphic designs, flow diagrams, storyboards, site maps, and prototypes

• Designing UI elements and tools such as navigation menus, search boxes, forms, tabs, and widgets for our digital assets

• Testing UI elements such as CTAs, banners, page layouts, page designs, page flows, and target links for landing pages

• Collaborate closely with a cross functional team of Product Owners, Business Analysts, Architects, Engineers and other experts across the business

• Providing advice and guidance on the implementation of UX research methodologies and testing activities in order to analyze and predict user behavior

• Defining and adhering to style standards on typography and graphic design

Candidate Profile:

• A Bachelors/Masters degree with 10+ years of relevant UI/UX design experience for digital products or services

• Experience in UX Research, Wire framing, UI Prototyping, Visual Design, User Analytics, Storytelling and Presentation

• Hands-on experience with popular design tools like: Sketch, InVision, Visio, Figma, Miro, Balsamiq, Adobe Creative Suite etc

• Strong in UX Design, Visual Design, Usability Testing, and/or User Research, Customer experience

• A portfolio of professional UI/UX design work for both web and mobile platforms

• A passionate design advocate, committed to best practice, mentoring a team and sharing ideas and inspiration

• An eye for detail, commitment to exceptional visual design and an ability to bring out life through the online experience

• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate in a cross-functional teams

• Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Approach like an UI/UX architect

• Rapid ideation of concepts and solutions

Good to have skills:

• Understanding of logistics industry or Supply chain management domain will be a big plus
