Job Summary
Below are the skill sets required: Technical Support Freshers:- Fresher from BE (IT & Computers), BCS, MCS, Electronics, MCA stream- Graduate/Diploma,- Candidates with (RHCE / MCSE / CCNA/RHCSA/Windows/Linux/AWS) certification or training would be an added advantage,- Freshers from Commerce or any other graduation stream with computer as a special subject or above-mentioned computer courses,- Good communication skills and basic IT knowledge is a must, Experienced (L1 / L2 / L3):- Should possess good communication skills,- Webhosting industry or relevant technical support experience is a must Linux Server Administration, Windows Server Administration, Datacenter Operations, Virtualization, Cloud Hosting, Email Servers, Services - FTP, DNS, email services, cPanel/WHM, Plesk, WebsitePanel, IIS and Apache Webservers, etc, Candidates with (RHCE / MCSE / CCNA/RHCSA/Windows/Linux/AWS) certification or training would be an added advantage, Note:* Interested candidates can come directly to the office along with their updated CV, between MondaytoSaturday from 8:30 a,m to 2 p,m,
