Job Summary

Job Description

Udyogwardhini Shikshan Sanstha is looking for a Skill Development Project Coordinator having experience in Mobilization, Training & Placement [For Raigad Location]

Job Responsibilities:

  • You shall assist in overall planning, organizing and execution of skill development training programs at Mahad location
  • You shall ensure smooth implementation of the training programs
  • Provide data for preparing monthly & quarterly report as per reporting standards
  • You shall schedule village level meetings, perform need analysis as well as do effective mobilization
  • You shall find trainers, training partners as well as provide placements to local trained candidates
  • You shall be tracking day-to-day activities & reporting
  • Placement coordination of candidates with potential employers
  • Effective team management of trainers & mobilizers

Experience/Requirements:

  • 1-3 Years of Experience in Skill Development
  • Local candidate from Raigad or someone knowing Raigad district
