We are hiring for a Senior Analyst/ Assistant Manager for our Investment Research team in Mumbai and Gurgaon. PFB the details :

Writing credit research recommendation notes on companies / sectors/ themes. Hands on experience in high yield, and distressed debt credit
Preparing detailed distressed debt and recovery models with cash flow forecasting, detailed capital structure analysis and waterfall analysis. Good understanding of off-balance sheet adjustments and performing distressed debt modeling and recovery analysis.
Working experience on screening bonds/loans indentures/prospectuses, financial and negative covenants; preparing covenants summaries, etc
Ensuring high scores on customer satisfaction surveys
Ability to manage multiple clients
Provide guidance to teams and review or do quality checks on client deliverables or projects. Train and mentor junior members in the team
