Description :

We are hiring for a Project Manager who is responsible to develop and execute project management, including project plans and estimates, scoping and requirements through implementation and deployment.

He is also responsible for supporting projects and stakeholders in client-facing roles.

The person we are looking for needs to have the following :

• Project managers should be efficient to exhibit project leadership in a shared services resource environment and also to enhance the level of service and quality of deliverables.
• Proficient in Agile methodology with an ability to adapt quickly to changing technology requirements.
• Proven experience in managing teams delivering IT implementations and involving multiple software application integrators.
• Own the overall accountability, for the end-to-end delivery of projects or products, ensure the timely, high-quality, and cost-effective delivery of projects
• Excellent organizational, coordination, interpersonal and communication skills with ability to provide technology leadership to multiple projects / teams.
• Being able to understand the complexities of developing highly scalable and secure enterprise applications, web services, elegant mobile apps, web portals with elegant and intuitive UX.
• Ability to comprehend the product mission, goals, design the tasks in line with the goal and execute with the team to achieve them.
• Experience in developing and leading project-based on AgileScrum methodologies.
• Excellent knowledge of AWS cloud architecture. Any AWS Certification will be preferred.
• Leading experience of a team size of 20-25 people.
• Preferred knowledge of the Pharmaceutical Serialization Industry, Retail, Healthcare, Lifescience, e-commerce, etc . Having experience in GS1, EPCIS, and EDI implementation.
• Well-versed with Back end Technologies like PHP, Java, etc.
• Expected Technical grip of Front End Technologies like Angular, React, etc.
• Cloud Services like AWS, Microsoft Azure Strong knowledge of Relational and Non-structured Databases .
• Extensive understanding of REST API, SOAP, Middleware, Microservices Understanding of CI/CD processes and tools, Version Controls.
• Excellent knowledge of industry-leading project management and issue tracking tools

• Web Services: REST, SOAP

• Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills.
• Needs to manage a distributed team spread over different cities and different timezones.
