Here we are Hiring as a Technical Project Manager/Technical Team Lead:

At APPWRK IT Solutions: Your roles and responsibilities would be as follows:

• Technical plus Project Management skills.
• Monitor project deliverable.
• Update relevant stakeholders or team members on the project progress.
• Coach and support project team members with tasks you assign them.
• Manage and develop distributed, highly available & scalable solutions using the latest technology frameworks available using cutting edge technologies serving customer needs.
• Work closely and keep updated on progress to all stakeholders.
• Proactively identify and manage risk and mitigation.
• Ability to resolve conflict in a calm, rational, and deliberate manner.
• Ability to multitask and be able to prioritize and balance many activities and adjust quickly in a dynamic environment.
• Keep skills current with new software development methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills in both oral and written, and with a strong desire to work in a cross-cultural team.
• Accountability of project from sales handover to delivery of newly developed solution.
• Scheduling activities and align with internal stakeholders to meet the deadlines.
• Schedule definition, review, maintenance and tracking, including monitoring key milestones.
• Supports the identification, recording and tracking of dependencies across the project streams.
• Highlight areas of scope creep / change to the Project Manager / Solution Delivery Lead.
• Supports the maintained and distribution of key communication material across the project team, including org charts, governance models, KT etc.
• May support the development / maintenance of the resource plan and project financials.
• Ensure required standards, policies and procedures and adhered to.

We expect the skills/qualities/merits in our Software Technical Lead / Technical Project Program Manager/Technical Team Lead as following:

• Experience with software requirement analysis and capturing software requirement specification.
• Strong analysis and problem-solving skills, self-directed, detail oriented, creative problem solver.
• Project management skills like cost control, schedule management will be an added advantage.
• Experience with design and coding across one or more platforms and languages is a plus.
• Excellent oral and written communication and documentation abilities.
• Comfortable in a small, intense and high-growth environment.
• Strong business acumen in project planning and management.
• Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills.
• People management skills and documentation and client handling skills.
• Responsible and Confident.
