Technical Team Leader - Tl Job in Gmware Pvt. Ltd.

We are searching for an innovative technical lead to join our company. As the technical lead, you will oversee the company s technical team and all projects they undertake, analyze briefs, write progress reports, identify risks, and develop work schedules.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Determining project requirements and developing work schedules for the team.
• Delegating tasks and achieving daily, weekly, and monthly goals.
• Liaising with team members, management, and clients to ensure projects are completed to standard.
• Identifying risks and forming contingency plans as soon as possible.
• Analyzing existing operations and scheduling training sessions and meetings to discuss improvements.
• Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and developments.
• Being transparent with the team about challenges, failures, and successes.
• Writing progress reports and delivering presentations.
• Developing schedules and methods for measuring results
• Guiding and performing strategic analysis for the project
• Organizing and managing all phases of the project to ensure on-time completion
• Assembling and coordinating project team members; assigning individual responsibilities
• Preparing requests for proposals and conducting all necessary meetings to facilitate the selection of project services and products

Required Experience, Skills, and Qualifications

• 4 + years working as a Technical Team Lead in a web-based tech company
• 3 years of experience working in agile software development
• Oversees a portfolio of projects end to end including; prioritization, development, testing, and deployment of the software development life cycle.
• Develops high-level and detailed project plans for each project. Oversees the milestones to ensure that internal schedules align with key due dates
• Serves as liaison with other departments (Research & Development, QA, Analytics, Strategy & Operations, etc) to ensure timely completion of project tasks.
• Familiarity with relational databases and SQL
• Must have the experience to manage Git Repositories
• Responsible to create product requirements in the form of epics and user stories with tickets
• Work closely with engineers to groom tickets, and gain estimates
• Lead Monday/Friday client overview meetings.
• Weekly status report on products (both internally and externally with clients and engineering teams)
• Highly detail-oriented with the ability to manage many details of client interactions and get them right the first time
• Great educational background, preferably in the fields of computer science or engineering for technical project managers
• Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
