Job Summary

General Profile: This position will be required to manage and control the I&W expenditure for all the Display tools. The role will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting the data on I&W expenditure and prepare the reports. The person in this role should have exceptional Excel & Tableau skills while the experience on SAP will be an added advantage. The incumbent will be supporting I&W function in SCLA on data management for about 30% of his time. The role is expected to have good communication and interpersonal skills besides ability to engage with all levels of management.

Responsibilities:

  • Data mining & analysis of I&W expenditures at various display sites

  • Review transactions and identify possible issues. Determine whether to escalate or resolve.

  • Prepare spreadsheets/database financial reports

  • Own up sites and help building data accuracy through real time analysis and feed back to the site team for timely corrective actions.

  • Make recommendations to improve current processes.

  • Help to conceptualize & build software integration with I&W data source (SAP) and automate the data mining, analysis and forecasting

Job Specific Knowledge:

  • Interpret data, analyze results using mathematical models and provide reports

  • Develop andimplementdatabases, data collection systems, data analytics and other strategies to help improve data accuracy and quality

  • Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets

  • Locate and define new process improvement opportunities

  • Having Techno-commercial perspective. Knowledge of Display tool will be an added advantage.

Skills:

  • Strongwith the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy

  • Computer savvy. Knowledge of SAP will be an added advantage.

  • Having soft skills like Problem solving, Communication, Net-working, Inter-personal skills etc.

Qualification: BE/B.Tech in Electrical/Mechanical/Electronics with 6~12 years of experience. The candidate should have at least 2~3 years of experience on similar job profile.
