Job Summary
Roles and Responsibilities
- Responsible for installations and configuration Oracle Database 11gR2/12C on Unix platform in standalone and RAC environment.
- Responsible for Pre-installation tasks, installing Oracle DB and Patch Mgmt.
- Should have strong knowledge on Database Upgrade, Migration, Patch Installation and Implementation.
- Should have strong Knowledge on database architecture.
- Start up and shutdown of both standalone and RAC data database instances and services.
- Troubleshooting node eviction.
- Verify free space in tablespaces, verify rollback segments and troubleshooting the space issues.
- Strong knowledge on ASM and disk management.
- User / Schema Creation, User Management, granting Roles and Privileges and creating profile.
- Privileges & Access controls on Database to user.
- Bachelor degree in Information Technology or Computer Science
- Over all Experience of 5+ Years
