This position will encompass a wide range of IT monitoring skills. The ideal candidate will be involved primarily in the development of our applications, infrastructure, and user experience monitoring program management of monitoring tools BO, Tabeau and BEX. This individual will work with IT production support, spend a significant amount of time supporting IT customers with their monitoring process, resolve level 1-2 trouble tickets, provide monitoring support to the monitoring team, and be involved with application/infrastructure performance analysis and reporting
Responsibilities:-
Administrator Monitoring DV tools
Provide Monitoring for RC applications
Software upgrade and support
ServiceNow Tickets
Monitoring and schdeduling reports
Support IT service owners to provide data info
Assist in service outage investigation
Experience
Experience on DV tools
0-4 years of experience in DV tools
Service Now
Skills:
Knowledge on any one of tools
BEX Query designer
Tableau
Business objects Suite
Preferred:
- Experience on BEx and BO tools
- Review business requirements and improve monitoring of the Bex and Tableau
- Good hands-on in front end configuration and identifying issues and fixing
- knowledge on scripting to create new templates
- configure dashboard and different type of infrastructure monitoring
- Configure Dashboards and publish in portals.
- Expertise to define, monitor, and report on SLAs
- Expertise to detect and verify Application performance issues and determine the scope of the performance issue.
- Strong diagnostic and analytical abilities.
