Job Summary

Roles & Responsibility:
Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company's customer base and ensures its strong presence.
Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of our services and competition status.
Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
To Achieve business targets on timeline basis - Monthly , Quarterly & Yearly.
Acquire new business and achieve agreed revenue and margin targets.
Pitch business proposals to clients, negotiate and close sales.
Brainstorm and develop ideas with the internal team for go-to market strategies and execute it while liasioning with other internal departments.
Creating project briefs after the client meeting and articulating it to the operations and marketing team for excellent delivery.

Skills:
Minimum 4-8 years experience as Sales Manager.
Creating professional level documents like Presentation and Excel, with a sense of design and aesthetics.
Maintaining database (Salesforce, CRM, Excel, etc.) of prospective client information.
Write compelling business proposals with effective communication.
Keep up-to-date and maintain a strong knowledge on all things digital.


Qualification :
Any PG Degree
Experience Required :

4 to 8 Years
