Job Summary
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Sourcing, screening, and shortlisting resumes based on desired skills and experience through various job portals or else internal reference
2. Coordinating with interview-panel for telephone, Skype, and personal interviews
3. Developing customized sourcing strategies for each mandate in terms of talent pool generation
4. Sourcing the profiles through job portals & social networking sites like LinkedIn, Facebook
5. Working on employee engagement activities
6. Taking care of the onboarding of new employees
