Job Summary
- 1. Identifying and resolving performance issues using various caching techniques, query optimizations etc.
- 2. JavaScript, jQuery and ability to write Object Oriented JS (Flight.Js will be plus)
- 3. HTML and CSS; ability to integrate static HTML/CSS with Rails
- 4. RSpec and Cucumber
- 5. Designing high-performance APIs & consuming APIs
- 6. Integrating full-text search engines like sphinx, elastic search and solr
- 7. Deploying Rails app in multi-host production environment using Capistrano on cloud servers
- 8. AWS services like S3, EC2, SES, CloudFront etc
- 9. Configuring and using Memcached, messaging queues, and noSQL databases like MongoDB/cassandra with web app
Experience Required :
