Must-Have:

• RoR developer with 1 to 2 years of experience.
• Having basic understanding of different types of exceptions that we have in RoR.

• Should have knowledge of ruby on rails, database, architecture terminologies.
• Should be able to, build, and maintain reusable, and reliable Ruby code
• Should be able to Identify bottlenecks and bugs.
• Understanding of object-oriented programming
• Basic understanding of front-end technologies, such as JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3
• Familiarity with concepts of MVC, Mocking and RESTful
• Understanding of code versioning tools {{e.g. Git, Mercurial or SVN}}

Good to have:

• Knowledge of common libraries such as RSpec and Resque
• Basic understanding of the syntax of Ruby and its nuances
• Basic understanding of server-side CSS pre-processors {{such as Sass, based on project requirements}}
• Able to understand database schemas that represent and support business processes
• Familiarity with development aiding tools {{such as Bower, Bundler, Rake, etc}}
