Must-Have:
- RoR developer with 1 to 2 years of experience.
- Having basic understanding of different types of exceptions that we have in RoR.
- Should have knowledge of ruby on rails, database, architecture terminologies.
- Should be able to, build, and maintain reusable, and reliable Ruby code
- Should be able to Identify bottlenecks and bugs.
- Understanding of object-oriented programming
- Basic understanding of front-end technologies, such as JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3
- Familiarity with concepts of MVC, Mocking and RESTful
- Understanding of code versioning tools {{e.g. Git, Mercurial or SVN}}
Good to have:
- Knowledge of common libraries such as RSpec and Resque
- Basic understanding of the syntax of Ruby and its nuances
- Basic understanding of server-side CSS pre-processors {{such as Sass, based on project requirements}}
- Able to understand database schemas that represent and support business processes
- Familiarity with development aiding tools {{such as Bower, Bundler, Rake, etc}}
