Job Summary

Category development Strategize and execute 5 year and annual business plans.
Brand Marketing Development of brand plans, creation of brand communication in line with the brand value proposition.
Media Planning ATL (TV, Print, Cinema, Outdoor) & BTL inputs in line with business plans. Digital media activities including paid media buys, social media, mobile & influencer marketing.
New Product Development Define portfolio strategy, create NPD funnel. Work with cross-functional teams of research, R&D, Packaging, legal for product development.
Business Development Drive sales for the categories by working with internal and external stakeholders (Sales and Channel team).

Qualification :
MBA in Marketing

Experience Required :

12 to 15 Years
