Job Summary

Job Description:

  • Activities relating to Issuance/ Obtaining and Closure of Advance Licence, EPCG, MEIS & Duty Drawback.
  • Monitoring & Control of timely booking of polymer & Chemical collection
  • Finalization of the Export debtor at period end.
  • Monitoring of timely clearing of export debtors.
  • Providing the debtor ledger accounts as and when required.
  • Obtaining IGST refund on Exports and taking action to resolve pending issues with IGST refund
  • Execution of Pre and Post Shipment Export Documentation
  • Price formulation of Polymer Flakes and Lumps offered on sale
  • Timely issuance of eBRC of Polymer & Chemical export
  • Oversee the position of Vendor Bill passing & Processing the claims, Resolving pending issues.
  • Implementation and operationalization of Export Documentation package for HPL Export Documentation
  • Acting as part of the operationalization of SAP S4 HANA
  • Expert in UCP 600, ISBP and Banking Procedure.
  • Expert in preparation of Export Documentation.
  • Expert knowledge of Foreign Trade Policy, Customs Law, GST.
  • Working knowledge of SAP S&D and FI module.
  • Coordination with Statutory/ Internal Auditors.

Desired Candidate Profile:

The candidate should have a minimum of 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in the manufacturing industry.

Education:

Any Graduate plus Full Time MBA/ PGDBM (Finance, Marketing, Operations)
