Job Summary

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for new business development and Manage the Domestic Sales Program to maximize company growth.
  • Develop and implement Sales Plans to target, penetrate, qualify, define, propose, close and contract new business revenue for the company.
  • Involved in the complete business cycle of marketing, required to handle opportunity sourcing to negotiating and deal closing.
  • Continually develop new business within various regions and industries and build collaboration models
  • Support the pre-sales activities - Quote prices, prepare proposals.
  • Drive the sales effort / annual business plan and execute campaigns in collaboration with the inside sales team, presales team and solutions delivery team
  • Pipeline Management, sale discipline and front ending of business development activities
  • Key performance metrics will include revenue achievement relative to goals and contribution margin
  • Generate key ideas and conceptual frameworks and provide the feedback to build team as part of a sales bid or thought leadership

Requirements

  • Good communications skills and organization skills
  • Ability and desire to learn new applications/processes/environment
  • Should have knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Outlook and Excel.
  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.
  • Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
