Current Role: Senior IT Security Analyst Experience: 10+ years Job Description: Information Security management network security SCADA firewall security, mobile device, laptops, servers, virus protection, penetration testing. Our exclusive and respected customer has an immediate and critical opportunity for a senior IT Security Analyst to join our clients Project Office. You will be a senior member of the Information Security team that has full responsibility for all Information Security management (including network security, SCADA, firewall security, mobile device, laptops, servers, virus protection, penetration testing etc). Provide technical and business support to the Information Security Manager and Partners on all aspects of Information Security, Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery & Risk Management. Contribute to the development and delivery of the Information Security strategy in support of the corporate strategy and the AMP5 Information Security Plan, including the introduction of an Information Security Management System (ISMS) into the organisation. Define and execute the Penetration Testing and Information Security Health check Testing regime to identify and remediate vulnerabilities in the IS estate.A technical Business Analyst is required to work on some high profile client projects. You will have a technical background with strong business, systems analysis experience with good knowledge of XML, Web Services, WCF. The Business Analyst role will involve liaising with the business and internal technical teams being involved in the systems analysis, producing, writing the technical specs, mapping the schemas, liaising with the development teams. Must have good communication skills. Skills Required o Good knowledge of security related products, Information Security Management Systems and security strategies o Broad knowledge and understanding of a complex applications and technologyinfrastructure, including a corporate IS systems and operational systems (SCADA/Telemetry). o Good knowledge and understanding of system development lifecycle and its implications on BAU service o Good knowledge of service delivery (ITIL) frameworks and experience of providing services to customers o Good knowledge and understanding of incident management protocols and procedures and o practical experience of successfully handling incidents o Have excellent relationship management skills and able to influence business stakeholders. o Strong team player who is able to take on Information Security roles in multi-disciplinary teams. o Be able to work in a pressurised situation and set priorities accordingly. Experience, Qualifications and Skills o Broad knowledge and understanding of a complex applications and technology infrastructure o Good knowledge and understanding of system development lifecycle and its implications on BAU service o Good knowledge and understanding of incident management protocols and procedures o Be able to work in a pressurised situation during IT GOLD incidents o Have excellent relationship management skills o Good knowledge of security products and services o Demonstrated leadership and management skills. Keen attention to detail. o Strong written and oral communication skills and an open communication style with the ability to ideas of new ways of working to improve business efficiency o Strong customer service orientation o Experience of working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment. o Being able to develop information and provide it to others.
