Key Responsibilities: Work closely with the product, delivery, and sales teams to ensure the successful implementation of UI/UX best practices and principles across all our digital platforms. Establish design systems and style guidelines that define the visual and interaction patterns. Provide design assets, specifications, and documentation to assist developers in translating the design into functional software. Support Sales team & product teams with demonstrable low and high fidelity FIGMAs that give confidence & create excitement in the direction of the product. Independently works to generate many ideas; pick the best one (Ideate); refine it further (Prototype) & test for feedback and Implementing the ideas. Focusing on understanding the needs, behaviours, and pain points of users, designers in fintech companies strive to create intuitive and efficient experiences. Key Requirements At least 8 years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably with experience in the financial services or Fintech industry. Strong passion for modern UX design and has experience with understanding the customer journey. Experience with multi product platforms and complex workflows. Possess a Continuous Improvement mindset to constantly identify areas for improvements.
