Responsibilities: Design and enhance user experiences for ServiceNow's SPM/PPM module. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and understand usability requirements. Execute end-to-end implementation projects involving User Interface design within the PPM/SPM module. Interact with global users to ensure a comprehensive understanding of usability needs. Present newly designed user forms and interfaces for feedback and refinement. Skills: 5 to 7 years of experience working in the SPM/PPM module of ServiceNow. Demonstrated experience in 2 to 3 end-to-end implementation projects involving User Interface design within the PPM/SPM module. Proficient in ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM). Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with global users and stakeholders. Ability to translate usability requirements into visually appealing and user-friendly designs. Strong understanding of UX principles and best practices. Familiarity with industry-standard design tools and software. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in UX/UI Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
