Job Summary

Key Responsibilities: Play a critical role in managing relationships with our customers, interior designers, contractors, and various other departments. Build and foster strong relationships with customers, acting as their primary point of contact throughout the project lifecycle. Understand customer requirements, preferences, and expectations, and ensure their needs are effectively communicated to the relevant teams. Respond to customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner, striving to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction. Collaborate closely with interior designers and contractors to ensure seamless coordination and successful project execution. Facilitate effective communication between customers, interior designers, and contractors, ensuring all parties are aligned on project objectives, timelines, and deliverables. Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience and exceed customer expectations. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, project details, and relevant communications to ensure a comprehensive and up-to-date customer database. Key Requirements Bachelor s degree in Business Administration / Marketing or a related field with at least 5 - 7 years of relevant work experience Experience in an interior design firm or basic knowledge of interior design is preferred Exceptional client relationship management and communication skills
