Role Overview
As a Financial Reporting & Accounting Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and compliance of Amdocs' financial records, particularly in relation to monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and external auditors to ensure the completeness and correctness of financial statements in line with US GAAP and local accounting standards.
What You Will Do
- Financial Reporting: Responsible for preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for the company, including consolidation and subsidiary legal entities (LE), ensuring alignment with US GAAP or local GAAP.
- Audit & Compliance: Support external auditors and ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial records in a timely manner.
- Financial Analysis: Prepare and analyze financial results to ensure that all provisions have been booked correctly and results are accurate.
- Support Business Partners: Provide financial and accounting support to finance representatives and internal audit teams across the business.
- Profitability Monitoring: Supervise and ensure the profitability of legal entities and communicate updates to relevant corporate units.
- Operational Support: Maintain the financial infrastructure to ensure smooth business operations, acting as the key accounting contact within the company and with business counterparts.
What You Need
- Qualifications: CA/CPA with 4-6 years of post-qualification experience.
- Technical Skills: ERP SAP knowledge is preferred; experience with IFRS and GL-related work, including consolidation.
- Industry Experience: International MNC experience, preferably in the EMEA region.
- Audit Experience: Big 4 experience in statutory tax, audit, assurance, or consulting is a plus.
- Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
