Job Summary

Job Description:

  • Responsible for planning, implementing and directing the sales activities in a designated area to achieve sales objectives from the Sales Team.
  • Review inquiries of the sales team and work towards converting them into multiple inquiries.
  • Effectively Lead and Manage the Sales Team towards achieving common Company goals.

Main Job Tasks and Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop sales strategies to achieve organizational sales goals and generate more revenues for our Business.
  • Co-ordinate with sales action plans for individual sales team members.
  • Plan and implement sales visits for the Sales Team.
  • Coordinate with dealers; make distributor policy as per our requirement and followup with them for their work.
  • Correspondence and coordination with foreign Principal and Managements.
  • Monitor the achievement of sales objectives by the team and be in regular touch with the team by being active in the WhatsApp sales/Marketing group.
  • Weekly meetings with the sales team to review the sales targets.
  • Evaluate the performance of sales staff, provide feedback, support and coaching to the sales team, assist with the development of sales presentations and proposals, co-ordinate and monitor online sales activity.
  • Investigate lost sales orders and customer accounts track.
  • Collate and interpret sales figures,forecast annual, quarterly and monthly sales revenue.
  • Develop pricing schedules and rates.
  • Formulate sales policies and procedures.
  • Conduct market research and competitor and customer analysis.
  • Analyze data to identify sales opportunities.
  • Develop promotional ideas and material.
  • Attend meetings, exhibitions and industry conventions.
  • Cultivate effective business relationships with executive decision-makers in key accounts.

Key Skills and Experience required:

  • Experience in all aspects of Planning and Implementing Sales strategies.
  • Technical Sales Skills.
  • Proven experience in customer relationship management.
  • Knowledge of market research.
  • Strong Leadership qualities with experience in managing and directing a sales team.
  • Relevant product and industry knowledge.
  • Good understanding of digital sales platforms.

Location: Andheri East, Mumbai (Candidates residing in Western Mumbai will be preferred).

Experience: Minimum 7 to 10 years or more, in the relevant domain.

Industry: Manufacturing Engineering Company /Oil & Gas / Automation & Process control instruments, Gas detection Systems and others.

Salary: Best as per Industry standard

Qualification:B.E/ B.Tech/ Diploma/ BSc in Electronics or Instrumentationwith relevant Technical Sales experience; Any certification course or MBA related to sales & Mktg. will be an added advantage.

7 to 10 Years
