Amazons Device Associate team is looking for a dynamic and talented specialist, quality services for ML Data services team.

Core Responsibilities:
The ML Data Associate III in QS operations works on time- sensitive tasks in the absence of preset work instructions, SOPs or with limited documentation. Supports new-tool onboarding (operationalized and bootstrapped interfaces) and operational execution of project plans. Defines tools requirements, guidelines, training materials, and data collection protocols for projects in known work types. Verifies accuracy of metrics related to task and system performance. Ensures workflows are quality compliant. Identifies trends and major issues in metrics/process, performs ground truth data deep dives and provides meaningful inferences to manager/stakeholders Provides impactful insights for partner teams to identify the right path forward in data collection/ground truth generation. Trains and coaches associates. You suggest tool enhancements which has a significant impact on operational metrics. Identifies process variations in known work types and drives standardization. Identifies training needs of L2's and L3's and works with manager to help address them. Actively participates in hiring DA I/IIs for the team and coaches team members.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

BE, BSC candidates, B tech - Mtech , MCA, Msc , IT, ECE, ELECTRICAL ELECTRONIC ENGIEERING.

Comes with an industry experience of 5 to 6 years with at-least 1 to 2 years related experience in annotations.
A graduate in any field of study. Quantitative fields such as science and engineering preferred but not mandatory
Good familiarity with the Windows desktop environment and use of Word, Excel, IE, Firefox etc. are required
Flexibility and Interest to do repetitive tasks is required
High level of energy and proactive nature. A sense of ownership and drive and a willingness to accept the challenge of daily deadlines is essential

Preferred Qualification
BE, BSC candidates, B tech - Mtech , MCA, Msc , IT, ECE, Electrical electronic engineering.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Strong project management skills.
Strong judgment and instincts and able to prioritize in complex, fast-paced environment.
