DESCRIPTION
The Kindle and Print Newsstand reading programs intend to provide the right content to each customer at the right time - varying from casual readers, avid readers to brand loyalists. The universe of selection is vast, from a variety of sources such as magazines, newspapers to paywall content.
We are looking for a SDET who has deeper knowledge about automation tools/framework that benefits various technologies in Newsstand
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
B.E/B.Tech/MCA/M.E/M.Tech/Ph.D degree in computer science or related fields
* 1+ years of experience as a developer or SDET
* Computer Science fundamentals in algorithm design, problem solving, and complexity analysis
* Proficiency in, at least, one modern programming language such as Java, C#, and knowledge of Python or Perl
Equally important to these specific skills are a candidate's ability to:
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
2+ years of experience as a developer as QAE and/or SDET
Coding experience with automation framework, tools and services on Android devices
Understanding of QA methodologies, life cycle and processes.
Shows creativity and initiative to improve metrics, product coverage and effectiveness.
Excellent communication, collaboration, reporting, analytical and problem solving skills.
Excellent problem-solving skills
