Here's your chance to work as a Partner Training Delivery Manager within the Amazon Internet Services Private Limited (AISPL) Training & Certification team. This is a highly visible position with significant customer impact.
In this role you will be responsible for; managing the delivery of Training programs for our AWS Partner Network (APN) Partners, capacity planning, management of Partner Trainers and working with operations teams to ensure successful the delivery of our training engagements, as well as being responsible for all delivery related client satisfaction results. This is a great opportunity to combine your passion for program and people management, learning and technology.
You will have excellent communication skills and proven resource management and services delivery management experience, ideally in the IT Training sector. To be successful in this position, you must be a self-starter who is prepared to Think Big and Dive Deep.
Responsibilities:
Hire, lead and develop a team of Partner Trainers.
Maintain a strong relationship with Partners to ensure flawless execution of training engagements.
Maintain a pipeline for the delivery training opportunities and provide regular forecasts, ensuring we have enough delivery capacity.
Manage Partner inbound training requests.
Review CSAT scores and manage customer feedback - analyzing quality impacting issue and derive a plan of action to drive improvement.
Contribute to and influence the prioritization of key quality improving project entries and process improvement project opportunities driven by Training Team.
Ensure effective delivery of Training and facilitate communication between learners, trainers and instructional designers.
Drive improvements in training performance by innovating and sharing best practices globally.
Own the reporting and communication of training performance instructor and delivery metrics to all the relevant stakeholders.
Facilitate continuous development of trainers and facilitators to support various learning initiatives.
Work towards succession planning to ensure seamless growth in team.
Evaluate the effectiveness of training activities in relation to business goals and suggest changes
Identify progressive tools and technology enablers that will improve effectiveness of training classes.
Oversight of class evaluations to identification and reporting of trends in quality anomalies.
Oversee creation and maintenance of India Partner Training schedules.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Excellent oral presentation skills, interpersonal communication, and writing skills.
Ability to travel as required.
10+ years of Training Management experience (should be in a Team Management role and must have Project Management experience).
Experience of implementing a wide range of process improvement activities.
Able to develop and implement departments goals and strategies based on broader organizational goals.
Superior judgment, diplomacy, and tact, with a willingness to speak up in the midst of adversity.
Excellent interpersonal skills ability to work and influence with multiple Training Team members/ Stakeholders across different sites globally.
Ability to analyze large volume of data points, identifying issues and recommend solutions.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Experience Managing Customer Education Organization
Experience Developing Education Teams
Experience in Delivery Management and Managing Education Operations LMS Management, Contract negotiations, Scheduling and P&L Tracking.
