Job Description: Amazon is looking for an energetic and enthusiastic candidate to join the fast paced world of Payroll operations. Payroll is processed on a weekly, bi-weekly and monthly basis in multiple states, and this person will perform a variety of technical tasks relative to assigned areas of responsibility including data compilation and support of the Payroll Team. Responsibilities include:


Process payroll related work using payroll software
Audit payroll related data
Produce timely responses to employee inquiries
Work on reports and report findings to leadership
Work with program mangers to understand program requirements and jointly develop a solution which solves a larger business problem
Continuously perform data based analysis to identify issues and report key insights, subsequently building data backed business cases

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Willingness to work flexible schedules/shifts, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
US/CA Payroll Experience
Graduation or equivalaemt degree
4+ years of relevant experience
Proficient in Microsoft Excel

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

FPC Certified
Knowledge of SQL
