Private pricing contracts help deliver business value by ensuring all custom terms in our custom agreements are implemented and enforced appropriately. Key Responsibilities:
Establish and lead the AWS Billing Private Rate Card (PRC) India team pricing contracts, data, and systems.
Develop tea,m member skillsets and help define and drive their career growth path.
Drive collaboration and alignment globally with teams across various disciplines including Billing, Accounting, Sales, Services, Products, and Development.
Develop and maintain a roadmap for the custom pricing landscape that defines, prioritizes, to support the monthly billing cycle and long term billing initiatives, and drive process definition, SOP documentation, process improvement.
Communicate key status to all stakeholders including Sales, Strategic Customer Engagement, Product Teams, Custom Pricing leadership and product/project team members to ensure all contracts are implemented appropriately. Define, craft, and support weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
3+ years of relevant professional experience in a fast paced large transaction volume process and data rich environment.
3+ years of experience in implementing process improvement and streamlining.
2+ years of people management and leadership.
Experience in lean methodologies (Kaizen, Green Belt Six Sigma).
Familiarity with Agile methodology (Scrum, etc.).
Business analysis and functional experience with quantitative, analytical and organizational skills.
Intermediate Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLookups).
