Job Summary

Job Summary: As the Manager Business Systems, you'll be responsible for the delivery and continuous improvement of two or more business systems used internally by Amagi teams, mainly focused on quote to cash workflows, involving our CRM and ERP. You will also be responsible for identifying new tools, systems and integrations to improve internal operational efficiencies and work with either internal teams or tool vendors for the installation and customization. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of ERP and CRM systems including NetSuite, Salesforce, Jira etc. and also possess business process expertise.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Be the overall owner to deliver CRM and ERP Capabilities for Amagi s Salesforce and NetSuite implementation
  • Develop an expert understanding of the users- needs and champion these in the delivery of business requirements on the CRM/ ERP platform
  • Gather and facilitate business process discussions, solution design and documentation, configuration as it relates to the Company's internal business processes.
  • Identify and implement new tools and business systems for better integration of existing systems and automation of business processes, working with respective system vendors
  • Deliver the business requirements through configurations and customizations on his own, or with customization partners for larger projects
  • Define and iterate an enterprise-wide product vision that is compelling to your users, internal team and stakeholders

Job Skills & Qualifications:

  • Should have managed or implemented multiple CRM / ERP solutions
  • Systems: Salesforce, NetSuite, Jira, IPaaS or ETL for integration
  • Experience of engaging with users and turning user insight into product improvements
  • Have strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • 6 years minimum as a business analyst; 2 minimum in a senior role.
  • Advanced knowledge in one or more the following business process areas:
  • Sales and billing automation: Quote to Cash
  • Marketing and sales automation: Lead to Order and CLM
  • Business process automation and organization wide analytics
