Transverse performance and compliance analyst

Purpose of the Job

Transverse performance and compliance analyst will plan, execute and coordinate the activities related to compliance of processes and audits.Support the preparation of policies and guidelines

The successful candidate will also have responsibility to play a leading role in all aspects of compliance and audits and bringing in improvements in the process

Qualification :

Graduate or post graduate degree ,

Overall 5+ years of experience in Quality, process and Compliance

Responsibilities

Within his/her scope of responsibility (agreed transverse processes & services), he/she will

o Support the implementation of clear governance, process, accountabilities and activities to ensure that service delivery compliance activities are conducted in a consistent manner

o Regarding Transverse Processes and Service compliance Analyst role :

Responsibilities of the role:

  • Support implementation of governance, process, accountabilities and activities to ensure that Audit & Compliance activities are conducted in a consistent manner within the agreed timelines
  • Develop an understanding of IS&T activities, controls, processes, and identify gaps and suggest improvements
  • Support the definition of IS&T standards, policies and guidelines and ensure 100% compliance of processes by conducting awareness sessions and audits
  • Coordinate the development of audit plans and scopes for internal audit and compliance projects with various stakeholders
  • Review and/or assist in the preparation of internal audit and compliance reports
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to address audit & compliance non-conformances that may arise and support the teams in closure of non-compliances and suggest improvements

Keep abreast of the latest industry sector, IT and compliance developments through ongoing formal and self-education

-Transverse Processes implementation and improvements completed as per the agreed IS&T timeline

-Transverse Service & Process performance aligned with agreed performance targets, any risk / deviation to be addressed with formal alert and preventive / corrective action plan

-Transverse Processes executed in compliance with IS&T Standards
