Alstom, with its strong footprint in India, is well positioned to address both the urban as well as mainline railway markets. Alstoms manufacturing footprint in India - SriCity in Andhra Pradesh, Coimbatore in Tamil Nadu and the upcoming facility at Madhepura in Bihar. This is coupled with an Engineering Centre of Excellence in Bangalore that works on projects for not only India, but the world. Alstom in India is executing metro projects in severalIndian cities including Chennai, Kochi and Lucknow. In the mainline space, Alstom is executing a section of the World Bank funded Eastern Dedicated Freight Corridor. The new Electric Locomotives that will be built at the upcoming Madhepura factory will be the most advanced in the Indian Railways fleet.

OVERALL PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:

The primary responsibility of the Security Ops Analyst to manage Identity and Access management platform. Provide Incident management/problem management/change management support for IAM adhering to the operational SLAs and KPI guidelines.

Alstoms IAM platform consists of Sailpoint IdentityIQ product for Identity management, Wallix Bastion for Privileged Access management and NEXT-CAD(LDAP service) for providing authentication services to enterprise applications.

He / She will report to Security Operations Manager and work closely with IAM project team and other IS&T operations to maintain, manage and secure scalable IAM infrastructure

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide Run Operations support for Identity and Access platform, work on incidents/problem tickets/change tickets/Service Requests. Provide 24*7 on call support for critical incidents.
• Responsible for managing and maintaining the operational health of IAM platform which includes IdentityIQ, Wallix Bastion and LDAP services.
• Patching and upgrading IAM tools like Sailpoint, Wallix etc., after due impact analysis and release planning.
• Responsible for management of information security strategy, solutions, and ongoing technology refresh and enhancements
• Performing incident troubleshooting ( by working with other IT Teams if required) , providing resolutions or workarounds to resolve customer incident, driving the resolution for single or multiple users.
• For complex issues, coordinate with L3 support and build team, to provide workaround/resolution for incidents/problems. Support L3/build teams with proper troubleshooting logs in timely manner.
• Managing critical communication related to IAM platform to stakeholders, obtaining required approvals and driving the Alstoms change management and problem management processes for IAM platform.
• Producing weekly/monthly SLA/KPI/continuous improvement reporting for Alstom Sec Ops manager and Governance team.
• Work with IAM Design and authority to provide operational risk insights to ensure smooth release and execution of new features on IAM platform
• Maintain an awareness of business, technical, architecture, infrastructure, and end user support issues and act as sounding board to aid in the efficient operational issue resolution
• Develop and maintain measurable security metrics program? Assess performance to ensure that it meets the present and future needs of the business.
• Assesses risks and identifies issues and solutions to timely and efficiently achieve program goals or project objectives while maintaining security standards.
• Understand and contribute to various information security tools and technologies
• Review application integration requests and assist them during the onboarding process

Qualifications & Skills:

EDUCATION

• Bachelors/Masters degree in Engineering/Technology or related field

TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES & EXPERIENCE

To be considered for this role, candidate need to demonstrate the following skills experience and attributes:

• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant IT experience
• Professional industry standard certifications like CISSP, CEH, GIAC, CISM, ISO 27002 etc. will be an added advantage
• Awareness of various IT / Security technologies including, IAM, PAM, SSO, Active Directory, Proxy, WAF, PKI etc.
• Good understanding of tools like Sailpoint IdentityIQ, Wallix Bastion, Active Directory services, CyberArk, Azure AD SSO.
• Experience on implementing, maintaining and supporting IAM and PAM solutions like Sailpoint, Cyberark, Wallix etc.
• Good knowledge and command of Identity and Access management and Privileged Access management domain and solutions.
• Experience in an operational role working directly with internal and external customers, trouble ticketing systems, and incident management
• Good Understanding of ITIL process framework
• Demonstrated drive for continuous learning, results orientation, and teamwork
• Ability to drive change through innovation & continuous process improvement
• Ability to work with cross-functional peers in CyberSecurity area
• Exposure to ISO 27002 and ISO 27005
