Job Responsibilities:

Position Summary

The position is for Research Analyst L2, where the candidate should handle a team of 3 people including an a sr. associate and 2 associates. Key responsibilities of the candidate include team handling, ME production, production planning, client interaction, query handling, quality checking and so on. The candidate will be directly reporting to the manager and should be proactive in team training and team growth.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

Training and development of for research analysts, research associatesProposal building as per clients business objectivesME making and able to run comprehensive checks on the data setsPreparation of complex data modelsHandling Pre-sales and post sale queries of client projectsExpert in data interpretation, representationsPresent findings and suggestions to clients over a client callMulti-tasking and multi-project handlingTracker Maintainance and title suggestions
