Job Summary
  • Tracking & Sharing updated list of containers on a daily basis
  • Handle FCL bookings and ensure quick release of DO to internal customers
  • Amendment of bookings received within 02 hours and ensuring containers are connected on planned vessels.
  • Sending load list and coordinating bookings on planned vessels at least 01 day prior vessels ETA
  • Arrange the shipment cut-off detail to internal customers
  • Tracking containers & Sharing updated list of empty containers picked up against DO issued on a daily basis
  • Prepare a weekly list of bookings cancelled due to non-pick up of containers and reasons thereto
  • Approach Shipping lines for waivers on extra charges incurred like detention/shut out/pod amendment
