Job Summary

Key Result Areas / Work responsibilities:

Strategizing about the future product pipeline for the domestic market & taking end to end ownership of the process.
Conducting due diligence by doing primary & secondary research, Medical diligence, financial diligence etc. Interaction with internal stakeholders for alignment to the product pipeline
Project Management activities: Timely product launches in collaboration with business partners, R&D & Medical, supply chain etc. & handling pre & post-launch issues, Supply & distribution arrangements
Preparing quarterly strategic analysis report of the Indian Pharma market
Preparing monthly new product benchmarking report by mapping the industry for the top management
Organizing & leading idea generation workshops in collaboration with medical, R&D & marketing
Collaboration with partners when required
Other strategic & implementation work as per the needs of the organization

Desired Profile:

Must have prior experience in Business Development or Product Management or New launches or research experience in a consulting firm
Strong analytical capabilities & strategic mindset
Strong technical skills required in MS office
Understand the pharmaceutical business and various functions like New launches, product life cycle management, market research, clinical trials etc.
Must have strong written and oral communication/presentation skills.
Should have a passion for networking and updating oneself with the latest market trends and relate it to identifying business opportunities
