Job Summary

Roles and Responsibilities :


  • Sell products and services to Dubai Clients via call/email
  • Coordinate with client and Dubai team for seamless onboarding of clients
  • Responsible for answering clients calls
  • Respond to clients emails within TAT
  • Maintain a record of daily inputs in CRM
  • Ensure minimum number of outbound calls as per target given
  • Day to day coordination with Dubai team for timely closure of deals or resolving clients issues if any
  • Perform brainstorming and root cause analysis and share it with supervisor consistently
  • Maintain daily activity tracker and share with respective HODs
  • Timely assists Manager in bringing innovation to the processes
  • Document all call information according to standard operating procedures
  • Have fair knowledge of Dubai market and latest trends
  • Basic knowledge of Dubai VAT, ITR, Audit and Accounting is preferred

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualification/Experience:

  • Minimum Graduate
  • International Tele Sales experience is must
  • Fluent in English
  • Good command over verbal and written communication
  • Minimum 3 years experience is required
  • Excellent data entry and typing skills
