Job Summary Designation: Sales Executive (Voice Process)
  • Experience: At least 6 months experience in a similar role in any International Call Center (Voice Process). Open to freshers as long as they have good verbal communication skills in English and a flair to sell.
  • Salary: Not a bar for deserving candidates
  • Location - Nagpur
Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times. Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
  • Identify and understand the customer s needs well and position appropriate product / solution.
  • Build know-how on the product line to provide customers with quick & relevant solutions / information.
  • Strive to meet the sales targets.
  • Accurate system up-dation on orders made, customer interactions, transactions.
  • Whenever necessary, route callsto appropriate channel / resource person.
  • Ensure follow up on customercallswhere necessary.
  • Completecalllogs.
  • Completecallreports.
Soft Skills Needed:
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Patient & attentive listening & comprehension.
  • Ability to persuade and negotiate.
