Job Description:

As a business development manager, you'll identify new business opportunities in order to generate revenue, improve profitability and help the business grow.
You will be involved in careful strategic planning and positioning in theappropriate markets, or enhancing the operation of the business, position, or reputation in some way.

Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify new business opportunities - including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products, and services - or new ways of reaching existing markets.
  • Lead Sales & marketing team along with professional development.
  • Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events
  • Work for engaging & retaining potential clients to establish rapport.
  • Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
  • Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.
  • Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met.

Experience Required:

  • Minimum 5+ years of Proven Experience in IT B2B / B2C Sales, Marketing & relevant field.
  • Having a Potential B2B network or connections is a significant plus.
  • Overall minimum of 10+ years of experience in Business Development


Qualification Required:
Any relevant Degree / MBA / equivalent from a recognized institution.
