Job Summary
Job Responsibilities:Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to Mobile Application. Efficiently handling inbound and outbound calls and resolving the technical issues faced by the end users of the Mobile Application.
Coordinate with the development team regarding upcoming application software release.
Providing technical support in person, over the phone, or via remote access.
Follow up with customers to ensure the issue has been resolved.
Completing support tickets.
Update customer data and generate activity reports.
Use excellent customer service skills to exceed customers expectations.
Interpreting automated application problems.
Job Requirements:2+ years working as a Help Desk Specialist. Advanced knowledge of help desk and remote-access systems.
High-level communication skills in English and Hindi.
Patience and understanding.
Problem-solving mindset.
