Job Summary
Job Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to Mobile Application.
  • Efficiently handling inbound and outbound calls and resolving the technical issues faced by the end users of the Mobile Application.
  • Coordinate with the development team regarding upcoming application software release.
  • Providing technical support in person, over the phone, or via remote access.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure the issue has been resolved.
  • Completing support tickets.
  • Update customer data and generate activity reports.
  • Use excellent customer service skills to exceed customers expectations.
  • Interpreting automated application problems.
  • Job Requirements:
  • 2+ years working as a Help Desk Specialist.
  • Advanced knowledge of help desk and remote-access systems.
  • High-level communication skills in English and Hindi.
  • Patience and understanding.
  • Problem-solving mindset.
  • Experience Required :
