We are currently seeking a talented and enthusiastic Telecaller Executive to join our team. As a Telecaller Executive, you will play a key role in engaging with prospective customers, promoting our products/services, and driving sales growth through effective telecalling techniques.
Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided contact lists or databases.
Introduce and educate customers about our products/services, highlighting their benefits and features.
Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries, providing accurate and detailed information.
Understand customer needs and tailor product/service offerings to meet their requirements.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service while engaging with customers.
Identify and generate new leads through proactive calling and follow-up on inquiries.
Follow a script, if provided, while maintaining a conversational and natural tone during calls.
Record and update customer information, interactions, and sales activities in the CRM system.
Achieve set sales targets and contribute to the overall team's success.
Collaborate with team members and provide feedback to enhance sales strategies and processes.
Stay updated with product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or relevant certifications are a plus.
Proven experience in telecalling, telemarketing, or a similar customer-oriented role.
Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and pleasant telephone manner.
Ability to engage and build rapport with customers over the phone.
Strong persuasive and negotiation skills to effectively close sales.
The results-orie mindset with a track record of achieving or exceeding targets.
Good organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively.
Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer skills.
