Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Onboarding:
Assist in the recruitment process, including job posting, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews.
Conduct new employee orientations and facilitate the onboarding process.
HR Administration:
Maintain HR records and ensure data accuracy.
Handle employee inquiries and provide HR-related information.
Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Employee Relations:
Promote a positive workplace culture and employee engagement.
Assist in resolving employee issues and conflicts.
Benefits and Compensation:
Support benefits administration, including enrollment and coordination.
Assist with salary and compensation reviews.
Training and Development:
Coordinate training and development programs for employees.
Assist in identifying training needs and opportunities for skill enhancement.
Compliance:
Stay up-to-date with HR laws and regulations to ensure company compliance.
Assist in HR audits and reporting.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Fresher or Min.1 Yr. of HR experience is preferred, but we welcome enthusiastic entry-level candidates.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented and well-organized.
Knowledge of HR software and tools is a plus.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
