Job Summary

Overall 8 to 14 years of experience with minimum 5 years of relevant experience in account management, demonstrating a track record of success and achievement.
Have direct field and Account Management experience, preferably working with large Enterprise accounts in Manufacturing, CPG/Retail, or the Tech segment.
Consistently exceed key performance metrics, demonstrating a drive for excellence and a results-oriented mindset.
Exhibit strong ability to engage and influence C-level executives, building trust and credibility with key decision-makers.
Deliver persuasive and impactful presentations, effectively articulating complex concepts to cross-functional audiences.
Demonstrate strong technical competencies in cloud computing, SOA, web services, data analytics, AIML, and enterprise software.
Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across internal and external stakeholders.
Exhibit expertise and experience in dealing with large, complicated, and sensitive accounts at the most senior levels of IT and business.
Display executive-level communication and interpersonal skills, building relationships and rapport with clients at all levels.
Have a proven ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously, and perform effectively under pressure.
