Job Summary Job Description:

To ensure accurate and timely preparation and availability of MIS reports with analytics required for management review decision making, ensure accurate and timely preparation of budget of the company as per P&B cycle, preparation of business presentations for board, BRC, CEO

Key Result Areas

Supporting Actions

Ensure accurate and timely availability of vertical/segment wise profitability through DEPM

i) Ensure segment/vertical wise profitability is completed as per defined timelines and available in DEPM

ii) Ensure accurate classification of expenses and revenue in the source systems and DEPM

iii) Ensure timely and accurate information are being transferred from source systems to DEPM - no gaps

iv) Ensure accuracy of reports generated through DEPM

Ensure accurate and timely preparation of required MIS reports (MBR, CMIS, ABFSG MIS) with analytics

i) Ensure accurate and timely submission of monthly, quarterly and annual MIS reports to the management within defined time lines

ii) Ensure accurate analysis of various parameters of business MIS and submission to the management within time lines

iii) Ensure timely and accurate preparation of requirements of ABFSG, ABNL, BRC and other stakeholders

iv) Ensure timely and accurate preparation of business presentations

Ensure timely and accurate completion of budgeting - planning exercise

i) Ensure timely communication of budgetary requirements to the concerned functions and departments

ii) Ensure accurate and timely completion of budgeting - planning exercise through DEPM- as per time lines

iii) Ensure accurate and timely preparation of business presentations

iv) Ensure timely and accurate submission of additional information with analysis, if any raised by management teams of ABFSG, ABNL and BRC

Ensure timely submission of business analytics to CEO

i) Ensure timely and accurate sourcing of industry and relevant information as per requirements

ii) Ensure meaningful presentation of information with analytics

iii) Ensure complete database management of industry and relevant information required on regular basis

Ensure timely and accurate submission of information to other functions - HR, IT, Compliance, Marketing .

i) Ensure timely and accurate submission of required information to other functions - HR, Compliance and other functions

ii) Ensure accurate and timely submission of information required to marketing team of ABFSG and ABIBL

iii) Ensure accurate and timely submission of expense MIS to other functions

Contributing to implementation of Balance Scorecard measures for the function

i) Evolving baseline numbers for the prescribed measures

ii) Evolving new measures to be tracked

iii) Providing the required information to support the committed Balance scorecard measures in a timely manner


Qualifications:
Chartered Accountant
Minimum Experience Level:
5-10 Years
