This role is acting as a SPOC for ABG Key Stakeholders along with having the mandate to attract new banking customers for ABIBL. Tasked with the additional responsibility of streamlining business and increasing business revenue.

Generate leads & business through ABG clients

• Opening calls for ABG and Banking by exploring new business opportunities via structured discussions with key stakeholders.
• Increasing business and profitability by marketing/selling relevant insurance products and services to ABG Key stakeholders and Banking Clients (non-group side)
• Interfacing with high net worth Banking clients and ABG for understanding their requirements and suggesting viable solutions to cultivate relations leading to customer retention.

Supporting the sales and retention team in pre-sales activities through risk mapping, market research analytics, data analytics, performance management and claims assistance.

Stakeholder Relationship Management

• Strengthening relationships with key accounts holders in the group through frequent visits, proactive management of issues and continuous engagement based on a clear and planned vision map.
• Retention of existing relationships and development of strategies to build and increase the stickiness of customers.
• Liaisioning within all internal teams (placement, claims and servicing) for effective, smooth deliverables to customers to enhance customer experiences.
• Coordinate with sales to build strong client relations.
